The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was great. It's near the metro station and also several good restaurants. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The room had good facilities. The staff was really great and provided helpful service.

i appreciated the location being very close to major attractions. public transportation was also easily accessible from the accommodation. the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful
the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. despite setting it, warm air was circulating instead of cool air. this made the room uncomfortably warm
